Raízen offers its customers all the technology of Shell fuel. The Shell V-Power family's exclusive fuel formulas are developed in partnership with Scuderia Ferrari and the products are tested on racetracks around the world for better performance, reliability and efficiency.
Shell and Scuderia Ferrari
The Shell brand and Scuderia Ferrari have one of the longest standing partnerships in Motorsport. For more than 60 years, they have won countless victories in Formula 1 racing.
In 2017, world champions Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen are the drivers behind this historic partnership. The pair have been part of Scuderia Ferrari since 2015 and both have been achieving excellent results in the championship.
More than just success on the racetrack, this partnership is also a fundamental part of Shell's Research and Development program. The confidence that Scuderia Ferrari has in Shell provides us with the certainty that the technology of the products that we offer to the market meets the highest technical and quality standards, proven on the most important racetracks in the world.

Stock Car racing is the country's main automobile racing category and Raízen, with the Shell brand, is part of it.
We sponsor the Shell Racing team, which, in 2017, included Átila Abreu, the 2014 runner-up, and Ricardo Zonta, a driver with more than 25 years of racing experience. The good news this year - for the drivers too - is the new structure of the team, which is now led by engineer Thiago Meneghel, a two-time champion in the sport.
The only premium biofuel available on the market, Shell V-Power Ethanol, was used in all the cars in the category in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 racing seasons. The excellent performance of our ethanol has been proven in the most extreme conditions of the sport.
Racing Driver Academy
Created in 2015, the Shell Racing Driver Academy (Academia de Pilotos Shell Racing) is inspired by similar European programs that, for decades, have prepared young talents for the most important automobile racing categories. The initiative, sponsored by Raízen, is a first in Brazil and reinforces the history and relationship of the Shell brand with Motorsport.
Brazilian Touring Car Championship
In the Brazilian Touring Car Championship (Campeonato Brasileiro de Turismo), the main Stock Car racing category, the Shell Racing Academy is represented by the young drivers Gaetano Di Mauro and Vitor Baptista, both with an enviable track record of regional and national victories and titles.
The São Paulo Granja Viana Kart Cup (Copa São Paulo de Kart Granja Viana) also has representatives from the Academy. Newcomers Gianluca Petecof, Diego Ramos and Felipe Baptista have emerged as the great talents of their generation.
Gianluca, 14, came fifth in the World Kart Championship in 2016 and is one of the youngest and most promising drivers in the country.
Diego, 15, is a newcomer at the Academy and has already won important victories in the junior category.
And Felipe, only 13 years old, was the São Paulo champion in the Cadet category (categoria Cadete) in 2013. Also, that same year, he received the Gold Helmet Award (Prêmio Capacete de Ouro), which recognizes new talent in the championship.
