Therefore, we use EBITDA as a measure of performance for purposes of management and comparison with similar companies. However, this may differ from the definition used by other companies and should not be used as a substitute for the information provided in the audited Financial Statements. In order to ensure the efficiency of internal controls for disclosing financial information, the Administration conducted an evaluation, including control tests, using criteria from the Internal Control Integrated Framework, issued by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission ('COSO'). On March 31, 2018, the Administration concluded that we had adequate internal controls over financial reporting based on COSO criteria. | |||
